They say my purchase slip is not the warrenty slip, the inside cylinder is rusted through, they have a 5 year warrenty purchase it in 2017 and now they tell me the geyser is purchased in 2016 and they cant help me. But like I see its not only me complaining. Where is the customer service?

Very poor serviceNever had a problem before use to only use kwikot geysers for over 35 years ..... but under new management the after-sales service is pathetic and they look for loophole not to honour the warranty. I dont think they even deserve a star.

As a owner of a fair sized plumbing business , I have found Kwikot to be of great service, would specially like to thank Kobus Vanburen, as I have found his professional advise and service to be outstanding, keep up the good work guys, will and always have only used Kwikot geysers and heat pumps.

Had my burst Kwikot geyser replaced under warranty. Since then its given endless problems with heating and electricity consumption. After seven visits to site and having the thermostat replaced more than once and an element changed to the correct one, my geyser is still not working properly. Bottom line - the warranty and service hides poor quality.

I went to kwikot to purchase a 10lt geyser element, as none of the plumbers keep this item in stock. Was pleasantly impressed at the level of service I received. The lady at the counter who helped me was polite and efficient. Was also amazed at the fact that your plant produces geysers at 1400 units per day. Keep it up guys, that’s amazing.

No answer at 16:00 in the afternoon and 16:30 no answer on the after hours number. no wonder Heat tech is the preferred geyser these days.

My insurance installed a Kwikot geyser, within a year the element broke.They fixed it and 3 months later the thermostat is dead,because their appointed technicians cant put on a coverplate! AND I MUST PAY TO REPLACE IT ??

Useless. Replaced entire geyser which was under warranty, and it packed up less than 3 months later and they could not help as they said the electrical components only carry a 2 month warranty. How convenient, and shady AF

Very frustrating to deal with this company.Roland, Ntombi and Natalie i have been sending emails for almost a month and do not get a respond. They never answer their phones. They do not pay their suppliers sufficiently. They leave cases to get older than on year and then tell you it is your mistakes.

This companys staff do not tell you everything and they do not communicate with us (the clients). They did not say unless i give them a cellphone number that they can not contact me to schedule a appointment. After 7 phone calls and after they put down the phone in my ear and cut me off how may times, my stress levels are through the roof and we are not sure if after all this well eventually get service delivery. We bought a brand new geyser that has been installed yesterday only to realise that it is leaking. we can not fix it ourselfs because the guarantee will lapse if we do so. We have been without water for 24 hours already and according to the service department it will take another 24 hours before someone will attend to this faulty geyser. I have in my life never experienced such terrible service. If i could i would have given them a ZERO star rating!! I would never reccomend any one to make use of their services.

Absolutely no service delivery. Been without warm water for a geaser which is still under warranty for 2 days now. Call centre agents unable to assist and rude, technician full of empty promises. Will not recommend this business to anyone.

Being a new resident to Deneysville in the FS,I had the misfortune of my geyser bursting, phoned Kwikot 24/7 line to order a replacement. The call centre operator said I must phone a plumber as the geyser was out of warranty. Asked for a plumbers number call centre was unable to provide me with one! (go figure) But it was my lucky day called Solar Boyz South who gave me an awesome price not on a replacement electrical geyser (which they also supply) but on a complete Solar Geyser System. Installation was quick on time and professionally done. Bruce and Margaret Collard are your go to folks if you need help fast. I highly recommend them to any prospective solar customer! Thanks Bruce and Margaret :)
