I have looked forward to a Bunny Chow for so long; we tried this place but with great disappointment.The price for a Bunny Chow was very expensive but we thought if it tastes nice it is worth it.I didnt have ONE PIECE of meat in my Bunny Chow; only sauce, two small pieces of potato, bones and gooey weird things. And the salad included with the Bunny Chow was this packet of carrots - misleading saying you get a SALAD included.This was really VERY disappointing and a complete rip-off!!!!! Eating take-aways is a luxury and this was an utter waste of money!

Bought butter and chicken and 4 rotis, butter chicken R90.00 and rotis R10.00each. Got home to find that I paid a lot of money for 5 pieces of chicken about the size of a half chicken egg each. The curry was a sweet tasteless affair. The rotis were thick, very doughy and absolutely tasteless. To add to the story me and my wife got a running tummy as well. STAY AWAY

The worst butter chicken! Asked for hot and got the sweetest chicken curry ever. Paid for 4 samoosas, confirmed the order, got home to have a tasteless meal and no samoosas. Never again.

Great place for indian food!The food is a beautiful array of colours and flavours which dance in your mouth. Friendly staff and attentive manager make this a great choice for an evening out or a takeaway favorite. Indoor seating is available but is quite tight and there isnt any space for a wheelchair, there is however outdoor seating.The food caters to different diets and one can ask for certain changes.This establishment does takeaways and is extremely convenient for a quick meal although parking is limited.

My experience with Goundens has always been excellent. The curries are consistently good. Durban style curry 100%

The best curry in Gauteng. Its simply delicious! I want to send my wife there for cooking lessons. I could eat Goundens every single day!

If you are into Indian Cuisine, then Goundens certainly aim to please. The food is excellent and you can have it hot or not. A little pricy but you certainly wont be disappointed.
