Its very rare as a customer to be involved with the team that is offering their product and services to you in a way we have been with Ashade. We were kept in the loop from the production of the poles they will use, but time and date of installation. The production of the sail.. Time and date of the install. It is insane how amazing this experience has been for my wife and I. We are totally happy with the work theyve provided. Totally happy with the amazing quality of their product. From the time my order was placed,untill the final product was installed,i had constant feedback re progress.the installation was done without any problems,and when a upright pole didnt match the initial measurements, it was immediately removed,redone and installed 2 days later,without any xtra costs involved. I can highly recommend this company!!!!!
