Not a place someone with problems, the staff drag their feet, very rude, only few are helpful. I wish others can just take early pension because they are tired 😞

We had a great experience here, the time taken to get the vehicle release forms was about an hour. Thanks to the team for their friendliness and support in the matter.

The worst place to have your car impounded or parked. Leave it for a few days there and youll be lucky to get the body back. Distant. strange people working there. I cant imagine they are with the SAPS or the Metro Police who are working so hard at impossible hours for which we are deeply greatfull. Perhaps a strict no nonsense Commander can sort out the yard.

The battery from our stolen vehicle went missing after the fact and you better be prepared for a long wait, we had to return the next day to eventually collect the vehicle. The processes could be improved. The staff are friendly enough but not very motivated.

Lazy and bad attitude from some staff at the main entrance

Could improve on: supplying / giving more information on what to bring with to apply for Police clearance (immigration purposes), as I had to come back twice. Seems a bit unorganised, walked up and down to find the right place to go for fingerprints. Could improve on being a bit more friendly (not so abrupt), and improving/ upgrading the state of their offices as it is very dirty, and you have to go outside to wash your hands after fingerprints.. But ok overall.

There is no quick in and quick out its a process and very slow process but the staff was very helpful and understanding.
