I just wanna give my 5 star rating to the staff at Spec-Savers Medicross Benoni. When i visited the branch i was treated with the up most respect and kindness. The friendly staff offered me coffee while i waited for my wife.

Thank you, you are all so kind. My dad passed away and my step mother dropped her glasses and broke the arm. You fixed them up using your special magic skills, and she will be so happy to be able to see again.

If I could give minus 5 stars I would. I made an appointment for 08:30 and when I got there I was told no I am not on their system, despite the fact that I received a confirmation email... The receptionist was of no assistance and told me that I can be helped at 9:30. After losing my cool, she was willing to try to help me but at the same time also asked me to leave. Pathetic. Very unprofessional.

I just want to thank the ladies at the Medicross for the kindness shown to me and for repairing my glasses so well, you went beyond what I thought was possible and this was my first time visiting this store as I am from Nelspruit and would not have been able to drive back without my glasses. Thank you so much.

I have just come back from Spec Savers with my specs. Very happy indeed. The staff there are wonderful, very friendly, polite and pleasant. Such a pleasure for a change. What a pleasure to visit this branch. Tannie Laurette and Karen are both gems. From assisting in choosing the right frame to advice in adjusting to the new (and high) prescription. They have so much patience and compassion with patients. I no longer dread visiting the optometrist! Thanks ladies!
