They are my fibre provider, dont have any hassles and zero down time. And George is a phenomenal tech, he is very knowledgeable and sorts out problems quickly.

We received terrible service from these people. After many calls and being told they would call us back, we got through to John who was extremely rude. Eventually they couldnt even help us and came to remove everything. Then it took forever for them to refund us. We are extremely disappointed with their services and customer care. We will never use them again and do not reccomend them

I have not had a good experience at all. It started with me signing a contract for fibre to be laid. On the day the technicians arrived I found out after much questioning that they no longer lay fibre and they were planning to give me air fibre, which they assured me would still give the promised speed. We tested the speed afterwards, right next to the router, and the speed was never up to spec. I called John in the technical department. He was very unhelpful. The technicians came out again, with a new router. The speed improved slightly, but was still not up to spec.Again John was most unhelpful, even rude, stating that we do not understand.We called the general manager who was not even willing to assist in anyway and slammed the phone down in my husbands ear.We cancelled the contract with LF Electronics and asked them to cancel the debit order which would go off a week later. The debit order still went off my account.It took numerous calls and emails for my money to be refunded two weeks later.May I add that at all times the technicians that came to our house were very helpful, professional and friendly.I am very disappointed with LF Electronics and would not recommend them to anyone.Check my other reviews on Google to see that I never give such a poor review as this. It speaks for itself.
