I am extremely impressed with how I was treated at Gemsys computer repairs. My laptop battery needed to be replaced, and Pierre at Gemsys did just that for me. He was professional and demonstrated in-depth knowledge of computers.

Gemsys managed to solve a problem that two other companies failed at. Their service is friendly and efficient. And I respected their honesty. Definitely a five-star experience. I cant recommend them highly enough!

Amazing client service is something you dont encounter much these days, so its worth highlighting such an experience. Peter was polite, helpful and knows his stuff. It took about a day to diagnose the problem with my laptop and resolve it. Just as well I got a second opinion because the company I usually go to told me the laptop was beyond repair!!
