Amazing customer service. I ordered a jacket for school for my daughter which was too big. Kallie Khaki organised a courier to collect. They tried for a few weeks to source the correct size from their supplier and eventually offered free tailoring of the original jacket. The tailor found it impractical to alter. Khallie khaki sent back the original jacket to me (worried that my daughter didnt have a jacket in the middle of winter) whilst they tried to source the correct size in a different style. I honestly didnt think I would hear from them again after all that back and forth. To my surprise the next day they couriered the second jacket to me. Im blown away by their truly incredible customer service.

The service was excellent and I found exactly what I wanted. I could also buy Khaki clothes for the whole family. All the shoes and baby fellies are real leather and is very durable. I would really suggest this store. Last but not least the manager is a very friendly woman and she knows what she is doing.

I just love spending time and money at this shop. though not a very spacious shop, you still have a wide verity to choose from, and the vellies, unimaginable quality. the keeper and staff are also very helpful and extremely friendly

All I would say is the way staff was treated at this place before is not nice, no where for them to sit the whole day, in fact old people worked there and used to scrub floors on their knees for minimum wage, no contracts signed and then treated badly when they came to work sick. I would not buy from this place out of principle.
