There is a teller by the name Sonto. She is very rude and arrogant. The first time I thought it was a mistake. Today I was there just after 9am. I waited for more than 2mins there was no teller. Then came this Sonto woman. I was paying a bill so she didnt hear the number I was calling out to her. Second time I tried to give her my phone to see the number but she said my phone had Corona virus. I was so embarrased and its the second time.

The cashiers are very slow!!!

A queue is very long and not moving its almost 40min standing in one queue, they only opened 2 tills, in a packed place like that..no more I wont visit the store again
