Today I had the worst experience ever at Ackermans. A lady, whose name I will not mention publicly, who worked on 15 December in the afternoon, was disgustingly rude and unhelpful. We bought a brand new phone here on Sunday and could not get it to work, from the start. Seems like a software problem. She spoke to us as if it were our fault that the phone was not working. She wanted to book it in for repairs, rather than exchange it or refund it. She even sent us back home to go and get the original bank card (even though we had the till slip as proof of purchase) that we used to pay for the phone on Sunday, before she would even consider a refund. I am utterly disappointed by this type of customer care. Ackermans, you can do better!!
