KFC is the best place to go for this two or three more and more than one person can afford to pay for the gifts

This is unbelievable!!Two pieces of chicken, one slice of tomato ,barely even sauce and lettuce that isn’t even fresh btw !It doesn’t deceive a star!! Never in my life will I ever buy at this KFC again!!

The service was quick and you can DIY your order if paying with card and can just wait to collect

Was not impressed with the quality of the food. I expect the quality of the food to be as per KFC standard. Especially in these times, I wanted to spoil my family with a meal we could all enjoy and relax together! See picture of wrap, mash was a teaspoon size in watered down sauce! The lady attending to my order was very efficient.

Sometimes business makes customer service slow but the food is good and shout out to Mr Shabangu he is the kindest employee

On the 22nd may we bought a R199.90 meal at the drive through. when I paid, I tapped my card and the lady said it never went through so I naively tapped again and moved on to collect my order. A few days later when I checked my bank account i discovered I paid TWICE for a meal that was not worth the R199.90 in the first place. I cannot prove it but I believe it was deliberate! I will never go there again

Firstly the lady at the drive through got my order wrong. Then continued to argue with me that she didnt. Needless to say, I left there as a very disappointed customer.

We all know how to behave with clients but the art is in the details, which happened very unexpectedly here. The staff were super helpful & offered a bonus on top it all. My chicken, fresh out of the fryer was a bit oily still. That only made the taste last better as it stayed crispy whilst letting it cool. As chain fast food spots go, the staff deserves cudos for being ... not just good people, they are the kind of people that you wish visitors to country would meet because they are GOOD SOUTH AFRICANS. Not lazy slobs populating jobs that must be done with indifference. I just hope the Franchise Owner understands the value of having such a great team as he does.The fact that the food was easily available at an odd time, is a winner for KFC. The restaurant is very accessible. In a national competition, the staff here would finish in a top 10.I get around and the lousy attitudes which East Rand Mall has, is the norm. I even saw them chase a hungry mother with swaddling child & toddler away. Yet they still have a cheek to ask for R2 to feed their choice of children. Raspberry!!!Happy to say that Northmead is not close to ERM.

So I have to say KFC Northmead really values there clients. My complaint barely hit there page and they sorted it out immediately. I have to give a personal thank you to Sabie who went above the call of duty and even spoiled my son while we waited for our meal replacements. So from 1 start to 5 overnight because of one staff member. The management team should be proud.Very impressed loyal client.

Actually the service was very bad I reached at 6:45 I placed an order I received my order 8:30 they fried new chichen said I should wait 13 mins and den gave it to a person in the drive thru and den fried again and. Gave me my order 8:30 the food tasted like boiled chicken dipped in flour 🤮🤢 they didnt give me salt and ketch up the food was completely disgusting I will never ever buy again KFC. Also the cashier wen I placed the order she says theirs no gravy and she cant make because its time to close it will take long to cook but any way she found left over gravy and gave me.. The food was completely disgusting it tasted like boiled chicken and boiled mash and gravy... Rating 1 to10 is( - 10)

My wife ordered 3 x streetwise 2 meals today at the drive thru , after arriving home she saw there was only 2 meals in the packet , she was very irritated and angry , from my own experience with kfc (not just this branch) I have noticed a trend of you place your order and when you get it something is either missing or order isnt 100% correct, seems like a loss of communication between ppl taking orders and ppl completing the orders , its that or they just dont care and know most people wont drive back to get order fixed , so best is to check order before driving off.

I am very disappointed in KFC Northmead. I found a blue plastic object inside the boxmaster that ive ordered on Sunday. Im totally put off by KFC and will never in my life order KFC again. With covid there are very strict rules which they not even observed.

Close parking, clean restrooms, people were sitting and the place was not crowded, eating and drinking, pleasant atmosphere

If I could give a no star rating I would! Worse service going through the drive thru, and that wasnt even during peak hour. Took 45 minutes to get 6 snack burgers. Absolutely ridiculous. Will never visit this establishment again!

Chicken tasted like it was fried in old oil, really old oil and set to dry for 6 hours before we finally got it. We have never wasted kfc in our life before... it always went to sandwiches for the kids the next day... out of 9 pieces, we have left 5 to throw away as we are worried it will make us sick. KFC Northmead you should be ashamed of the chicken you are serving. I will never buy from that store again.

Brilliant Service combined with excellent quality food and a fresh clean and large outlet makes this another KFC hit. If you are in the area and craving some KFC, then do yourself a favour and pop in for a nosh. Take away or eating in. The food is superbly awesome. Their card machines are often not working and the drive through has crates in front of it 60% of the time. They hardly ever have ice-cream or their Krushers as their machines are either not working for not cold. Chicken is always good and the staff are always friendly no matter what time you go.

Theh had no chicken

KFC Northmead made me fall in love with takeaway food again. Fresh fingerlicking trademark chicken I felt the flavor this time, it was not greasy and the chips we amongst those I have tasted at the competitor.

I always order the zinger wings. In the past 2 months the wings have been very small and dry. When I questioned it, I was told that well maam, you know how it is, the team trim the chicken off.. .. really?? Will not be going there for a while

Went to the drive through placed my order and at next window the card mach was not working so I was told to park my car and come pay inside whats the point of the drive through then and when I got inside the card machine was also not working. So Burger King right across the road was excellent thank you....

Service was quick but with all due honesty it was late. I asked for a coke zero and got a normal coke. Got home and one piece of chicken looked good on the outside but it was broken to eat is was drenched in oil and it smelt like rotten chicken that was cooked. Disgusting.

Flippen horrible the staff was sitting in eating area with there shoes off and feet on the chairs laying and lounging. Food never tasted right and looked nothing like what I ordered. Had to walk up and down for the correct things that i had ordered and the service attitude sucks
