Really bad experience with this DR. He may be a professor but he know nothing about people. I took 5 years of history to him, glanced at it and totally ignored it. Sent me for a Kidney Sonar and stopped all my BP meds. The new meds he gave me cost R 500, 00 out my pocket, Sonar and Blood tests out my pocket too. My BP is now 10 point higher that ever. I need to go back but he is so busy have to wait a week for a follow up, My GP was worried my BP is so high that I might stroke out. Now??? I am Def not impressed. how do I proceed???

Discovery Life requested that I get an updated cardiologist report (which Discovery pays for) and the receptionist was very rude and denied me an appointment as the Dr. does not give reports for Life Insurance purposes and that they only accept life and death situations when referred by a GP...needless to say its better to find an alternative cardiologist.
