I had my carpets cleaned for the second time by your company yesterday. My first experience was excellent and I have referred a number of people to you.Yesterday however was a disaster. Your team were almost two hours late - arrived at 3.45. I was called twice to say they were running late - one call said they would be 30 minutes late, second an hour.Neither call had my name correct- they called me several different names as if trying to find the right one - which they didn’t. I was not happy for them to come in so we late but they insisted.No quote was given or offered and I didn’t ask because I had the exact same job done 4 months ago and was charged R495. One bedroom and one rug. Imagine my surprise when I was presented with an account for R930!Your foreman was adamant that was the price and argued with me for some time, refusing to leave until I paid even though I asked to speak to the owner. He apparently did a treatment for dust mites which wasn’t discussed with me at all - he offered to remove this but when I finally capitulated and paid, did not remove the treatment.I gave him the choice: I’ll pay and he and they can go but I will never use your services again and tell everybody how disgusted I am or he can leave and I will discuss with the owner and pay by EFT. He insisted I pay and that these were the correct rates - gave me various excuses such as : prices go up, room wasn’t measured correctly last time etc etcI am so disappointed and will certainly not use you again.

It was nice to see the prices online, booking was convenient and quick. The team arrived on time, were very professional & polite! Carpets dried by the time the team left, upholstery took slightly longer but it was very dirty and needed a good wash - Happy with the outcome, items look brand new! Lilly at the office was so excellent & so helpful, will use this Company again & highly recommend to anyone!

They sent their team out to give us quote four days ago and were assured that an email will be sent late afternoon or in the eavning. We did let them know it was quite urgent as we need our drapes furniture and carpets done by this coming weekend. No quote has been sent to us niether have they tried to contact us in anyway. They dont even answer there phones! They obviously arent interested or cant cope with cleaning carpets , furniture and drapes at the same time!

Needed them urgently and they came the same day I called. Impressed with the service and would definitely use them in the near future again!

I had white couches stored outdoors for a long time and didnt expect great results as the stains were really bad but alas CLiCK Cleaning did a sterling job and got most stains out. The only marks that remain are out of their control. Just brilliant! Not only that, the manager was a true gem, the whole team actually. Very professional and friendly. They also cleaned my mattresses and a rug which all look brand new. I highly recommend them and will never use another service provider. As a bonus, their pricing is affordable and worth every cent.
