Well it seems like l was at the wrong place, at the wrong time. Went there afternoon to enquire about a vehicle l saw online as the previous night l saw an ad for a VW MK6 GOLF GTI for 229 950 ( when l checked again it was now listed( 209 950), I went straight to the reception for assistance.The lady told me l need to go the other side where sales people are, not even one sales person was available to assist, l bought myself more time to look around & see other vehicles, saw a few people coming out ( im not sure its an office or not ), just next to the sale persons floor. Not even one person bothered to attend us. I browsed a bit, still nothing, ended up leaving as no one was available to service me.I will have to shop somewhere else for that specific car.Thank you for your dis service.

Adam Kara has been amazing -- not just amazing super-freaking-amazing!He has gone far above and beyond and then some!If you ever want to buy vehicle go to the dealership where he works, walk past every other salesman directly to him. If he is sick or on holiday for week, then wait a week and come back.I am just blown away buy his level of service, attention to detail and focus on helping his customers.1) He took photos of the car and videos and WhatsAPP messaged them to me in Cape Town2) He tested the engine, did various inspections, arranged for things to be sorted out that 9 out of 10 other dealers would not have done and was clear about providing the history of vehicle.3) He phoned, messaged, follolwed-up, answered every one of my 30 questions, got insurance guys to contact me, provided photos of the service books, etc, etc.4) He checked the service history, the oil, the radio, personally test drove the car and sorted out every small issueIt is literally not possible to provide better service Adam Kara has. Best customer service I have ever experienced in my life, wow!

Highly recommended. After an extensive search dealing with multiple dealerships, we recently bought a 2nd hand vehicle from Steering Auto. They stood out above most of their competitors that we encountered in their service, knowledge, honesty, and customer care.To start with they responded within minutes on an e-mail query late on a Saturday evening. They then went out of their way to arrange a test drive (at a time and place convenient for me) and even brought the car to me in Centurion for a second test drive so that my wife could have a go.The registration and delivery was all handled professionally and without me having to worry about a thing. They threw in some nice extras without being prompted as well and offered a free rear brake pad replacement after a few thousand kms as this came due (something they alerted me to beforehand). Needless to say, they came through on this promise as well.Wonderful service and a delight to deal with. I will definitely support them again and recommend them to anyone.Special thanks to Muhammed Cajee (the salesperson who made sure we were happy every step of the way) and Yusuf Ebrahim (the director who answered our initial e-mail queries so promptly).

After shopping around for a new car Steering Auto not only sold me a car that was a complete respray (which I could see in the pics they, Steering Auto used to advertise the car after BMW pointed the changes out), but then after I asked them about it and told them BMW verified it, they 1st denied it and then ignored my calls when I asked to return the car and take back my trade-in.
