Excellent customer service needed to print and an A3 enlargement the ladies were professional and got my order in 30 minutes.

I have been there twice and both times i have been told your printing machines dont work please fix them and tell your unfriendly staff if they not happy to go look for other jobs . Someone else has also left the same review on lakeside malls fb page i wont be using kodak any time soon shame!

Standing in the shop as i am doing my review. Bad service. Asking the lady how long it will take so i can pop in at another shop and she says: eish i dont know. With a face saying i dont really want to find out. Terrible service. I left everything. Will never go there again

Got drivers licences photos there, the staff did not even mention how much it would be, only needed 2 photos, but got 8 for a rip off price of R74.50, and the quality was as poor as can be. Also printed a 20x15 photo for R35 , and the colour and finish was not as it should have been.Got the same photo 20x15 printed at Postnet for R10 and the quality was excellent.

The prices of frames are not only expensive but they offer a limited amount of frames with one colour , the staff was not available and I had to find out about their products on my own and ather customers had the same issue I wouldnt recommend you go

Lakeside mall Kodaks print quality is terrible. Everytime i go there i regret doing it. Colour is faded. I am sure they are setting the machine to print such poor colour quality. Paying R8.00 for that is a disgrace! Staff also needs some training on how to work with people.I think that outlet is a bad example of Kodak!!!

Bad service. Did take photos there and when developed it was of poor quality. Money was refunded and apologize for inconvenience. Do hope that their service will improve.

Not a great experience at Kodak Express Lakeside mall. When my memory stick didnt show up on their machines, they basically said they couldnt help me. It was only after I asked if they could try on another machine that it eventually worked. The staff were quite reluctant to help me. After much sighing they started to print the photos. I needed 27 prints. After they had printed the first 7, I asked them to stop as the colour was all wrong, the images were printing very blue and the paper felt really thin. I was charged R50 for the unusable images. I had to go to Kodak Express at Northmead Square to have them reprinted correctly.
