My daughters and I had a wonderful experience with Chris doing our hair, and Mikayla doing nails. They listened to our requests and delivered the results! Nice atmosphere with friendly staff.

The first time I had my hair done by Angela and it was perfect. Couldnt believe that it was exactly what I wanted.Now Angela doesnt work there and I had a haircut again. Due to the que waiting for hair to be done and the hairdresser not arriving one of the staff was called in. Well Im not sure what to say Im sad as I hate bad hair cuts. This was the worst ever I cant find words to express this. Never thought this would happen. Really if you dont have enough staff. 1.at the reception no one. 2. Hairdresser. Then dont offer a service. I cant get there during the week so I can say I choice the wrong day. Wow. Insteady of sending Angela off u should have helped her. She was excellent. Now what do I do with this haircut.......

The White Lady with black hair is extremely rude with a horrible attitude, especially when working a customer service job.She was so rude to my mother infront of the owner, and the owner did nothing about it and just smiled at us.She does not belong in a customer service job.

Very good. Professional and friendly service from owner Monique and Angela. Shop / salon is well stocked with beauty products. Monique did my little daughters first set of earrings and it went very well. Angela did my hair and it looks beautiful. Excellent location too.

Excellent value for money and very friendly staff. Had an exceptional haircut done at the hair salon section They also have a full beauty salon, nail salon and huge retail area.

Really disappointed by the nails done by Precious including her attitude was terriblemy nails look like I did them at home. I complained while I was in store and got ignored even by the owner who was sitting in the next chair, I sent an email and to date no response. If you have a special occasion rather go somewhere else these people do not care about customer satisfaction and spend your money elsewhere
