What a pathetic service! Very horrible, consultants doesnt care 🚮🚮🚮

I was there today, what a condescending attitude by the lady at reception.

0/5 This Branch should CLOSE its DOORS! I stood in the queue for more than 45mins! Just so that they can tell me that I CANT Apply for a New Card because they DONT HAVE CHEQUE CARDS!!!!!!! HOW DO YOU NOT HAVE CARDS!!!!

Branch does not open at 8am on a Saturday as stipulated....absolutely unacceptable.....

Weve been waiting in the customer service queue for 45 minutes, the staff work at a pace that makes a sloth look fast. Seriously!!!! They are rude on top of it as well. RIDICULOUS!!!!!

Most unhelpful. Was put on hold for 11 minutes then phoned again. Only to be told that my mom has to spend another R 500, transport costs, to go back to the bank to change a cellphone number. She is 81 with no car. Until then she cannot do internet banking.

Gave one star because there isnt a Minus 1 million stars, service appalling!!!!!!!. Whats more frightening is they dont care about what you think of their service.

Best place in the world if you have ample time and want to waste it in achieving nothing at all. I was called to come in and sign a application that was already approved. I confirmed telephonically that the paper need to be ready when I arrive. Was not the case and I sitted around waiting for 90min to give my signature.

Only gave 1 star because there is no option for less. During lockdown helping 3 customers at a time.... waited in queue for 90mins and moved about 5 meters in line... quite pathetic

Pathetic consultants. Waiting ages in the que for the 3rd Saturday in a row. Cant help ....generally absa service levels are pathetic and so are the consultants attitudes.

Once again - on the phone and waited 50 min ----???You go to the branch its the worse ....change the MANAGEMENT - the manager has no service levels, no care attitude

The service is shocking. We have been standing in the que at customer service for nearly an hour and it has not moved. This is not the first time either.

Service is soooooo slow.

Expect to get in line for at least 45min
