They broke my windscreen promised to replace it with a genuine Micra windscreen but instead got a Fuyao insurance approved inferior windscreen with a pathetic mirror by comparison to the original. Still waiting weeks later for the proof they were going to send me that it was a genuine Micra windscreen as well as being called back because they said the problem with my speaker was a factory fault. The car is still under warranty. Totally disgusted in the service.

I was on my way to Richards bay called in for a mechanical issue while driving just to find out about something an no one could help an my call was dropped after they transferred me the 3rd time But staff on the call was pleasant an respectful

Terrible dealership, bought a Renault Clio IV from them and have had only problems with the car. Sales person thad garuanteed me the car had no accident damage only to find out later the car was in a rear accident. Would never recommended this dealership to any person. Rather take your business somewhere else in future.

I took my brothers car for a service, when I collected the car, I noticed on the road that the service book wasnt in the car, I drove back into the dealer and it was not with the Service Advisor, it was given to me by the African Lady and it was not stamped and I had to ask her for the stamp and she frowned and made some funny comment that I did not hear.My brothers car still has a dashboard message that was not fixed and he was told the part will come after after 21 working days. Why is this part taking so long to come, is it coming from France?

Just a note for future buyers. Had to replace my airconditioning unit after 16000kms. Maybe my fault... This dealership for fitting the part quoted me R3500. Another dealership only charged R1700. Also two missing cover/rubber from brand new car replaced by this dealership at first service. Watch out for Alister. Full of promises poor on delivery. Blaming the customer for anything that goes wrong.
