The staff is helpful and are able to find various parts for you using the model of your car. Parts are well priced and staff suggestions are handy when choosing between brands. They will also have almost everything you need to keep your car well maintained. Reggies Midas is a great shop overall.

Oil prices are about R120 more than there store in the northern region. Its there oil so dont buy oil at this store.. Service was good well use them again

1 star is too much, tried phoning this place before closing time and the phone call was just being dropped, all of the 6 times within minutes apart. So it seems like when its almost closing time, customer service is way out the window. Checked the details on google and its correct except for closing soon maybe it should be closing down soon. Wanted to enquire about parts in order to support this shop but instead i might go elsewhere.

I went to get advice on my Hyundai Tucson autos battery. I was a woman alone with my daughter and know nothing about batteries. I had to jumpstart my battery in the morning. I asked , when someone was available, would someone help check my battery. The guy that assisted me said I just needed to put water in the battery cells and all would be fine. I was nervous as I know nothing about cars. I bought the battery water, opened my bonnet and didnt find cells... 2 gentlemen came to my assistance from a shop nearby called BEAD IT.. they werent even part of Midas. They informed me my battery was a sealed battery and queried why Midas didnt assist and advise me, I told them I asked for assistance. These gentlemen came back to Midas with me to find out why they did not assist as requested. The man at Midas who helped me denied me asking for help but my 13yr old daughter was my witness. Needless to say being called a liar was not pleasant... I got my money back but what was bad service was them not helping when I requested help and then when confronted they said I didnt ask for assistance.... Bad business. MIDAS, please get your staff trained correctly on how to deal with customers... Rather say no u wont help when asked but blatantly lying with witnesses is unacceptable. I am a top google guide and I dont like giving bad reviews but this, I had to share. Really bad service

I didn’t have the greatest customer service experience. I think the staff member wasn’t too interested in being at work and he was quite dismissive. The shop is neat and is pretty well stocked. Always find what I need when I go there.

Tried phoning no answer. Tried phoning again, they pick up the phone but does not greet and say thay they are busy just leave you on the phone while they are talking to a friend or customer, (conversation had nothing to do with spares) . Very unprofessional.

Ronnie is super helpful and will endeavour to find the parts you need, even more so when you drive an older or classic vehicle.Needed a brake master cylinder kit for a 1968 single cab VW and he was able to give me the seals from two kits off other vehicles....and it only cost around R64.00.Well recommended.

As a mechanic, aftermarket parts are easily sourced here. Additionally the midas group stock items not automotive related. Reasonable pricing and if they do not have your item in stock, they can certainly order it for you. Bug business in SA

Good service and knowledgeable staff about products for your car. There is a limited amount of camping products.Parking is limited, especially on a Saturday but you can choose to park at Pablos and walk across.I buy my oil, filters from them and never had an issue.

Total rip off. Bought spark plugs at almost double the price. Had no choice but to buy at that point.Will never put my foot in that store again.
