Not impressed with the fact that you have to pay them for a quote on repairing a scratch before they would even have a look at the car. Guess it is a clever way of making money for nothing when you get a ridiculous quote and reject it as you lose the fee for the quote.

My kia picanto was involved in a accident quote was just over 75k . Car was assigned to Golden star Panel beaters By outsurance After two and a half weeks we got the car back. Well it had to go back . When I took it back I asked the manager Johnny what was wrong with the car he couldnt tell me .. will the wipers where put on left to right the bumper had defects in the paint work bonnet not aligning. Left headlight glued together ect ect .car wasnt even washed and cleaned The car was then booked back in headlight was replaced . Thatscit ... today we took the car back as the right hand side bumper corner was popping out .. this man had the guts to push it back into place but glue it together with windscreen silicone when I called him about this he said its normal all panel beaters do it ... thats a load of bull . Please be careful of this panel shop . Cutting corners costs you your business .
