Bad communication2021/10/28 we stood there lakeside game store from 8:50 waiting for the shop to be open at 9:15 they up a paper notice that the shop wont be opening since they have a stock take thts really bad for customer service

Never opens on time. Opened at 9:46am. When supposed to open at 9am. Unhelpful or informative.

Been to the store security on duty absolutely disgusting attitude. Will never go back. Fortunately many other stores to buy from.

Of all the times I bought there, the staff went an extra mile to see that I was sorted out. Kudos to all of you!

Game store in benoni is spacious and the service is very good. The sales person was so good he even gave me advice on how to take care of the gadget I brought so that it will last a long time.

Dont answer there phone and if they do answer they hang-up after 3 our 4 minutes.

The service here is unacceptable. I picked up an item and I wanted more info about it but there was no one available to provide more info.Eventually I went to Incredible Connection where there was someone to give more info, and I bought the item (@ incredible connection)

Sales persons are short staffed, you wait for a long time to get assistance. From one person to another who has to call someone somewhere. Stock is never enough on furniture. They display goods which are not on stock and no one has an idea when is it coming. Other services are good.

Game is always a great place to go hunting for a variety of items. Sometimes it may be difficult to find the right assistant with specific product knowledge, but we can live with it.

My first time at this store and I was helped by the friendly staff. The one lady that assisted me was so lovely as well, they are professional and they take pride in serving their customers with the utmost best of service. Thank you.

I went to purchase a bicycle for my daughter and asked the guy to please check the box that all the parts were in the box .. he kindly opened it for me .. then left .. no full check was done and the brake cable was missing when i got home .. back to the store after calling to tell them and no one knew what i was talking about .. staff friendly but not an over all pleasant experience

Took me 40 minutes to buy a product. First they have to walk to the store to see if they have stock, then they come back to tell you they have stock, from there you pay for the product, then wait while they go back to the store to get the product, then youre told they cant get to the product, cos a key has gone missing. Ask to speak to a manager, and youre told Im busy now, go to the front funny how the other two sales people that are just standing around cant help either.

Neat but unfortunately they advertise things then when u go to the shops its Dololo nothing nix ayikho🤲

Its one of my favourite stores & its location & venue is ideal from my perspective. The store itself , is well laid out & you can find what you are looking for relatively easy. The prices of goods from groceries to small , large appliances ,furniture & outdoor equipment is relatively cheap & affordable for most people. To be honest , I had many good experiences at this store ,so come on , visit this store and find out for yourself.

Staff tried to sell me the costliest item of the range I wanted. After phoning a friend I managed to get the item that suits me resulting in a saving of more than R2000. The salesperson never bothered to listen properly to what I needed

I returned a faulty product and chose an alternative name brand on replacement, only to discover it was damaged. I returned it and took the original name brand which I originally had, only to discover no remote, no accessories and no user manual.This is Game brand product, well done Guys.

We went there to buy a Chest Freezer and other items, we had to help ourselves as the staff was not interested in helping us at all. The stuff also didnt seem to be bothered by the OOS on some of the displayed brands at all.

Excellent service by the guy who was at the electronic counter.

Dozens of staffers aimlessly ambling around the store, chitchatting......and only two cashiers.This is the ongoing situation at this store that clearly has no management. If there is a manager...he or she is only a key carrier. The owners of Game, have no understanding of the concept of providing excellent service.....that the customer is the Sovereign. The word abysmal comes to mind, but there is probably a stronger word to describe this third rate organisation.

Large general store with diminishing stock range and levels. There were a couple of packs of meat in fridges so cut backs are evident. .....22-07-2020 -Covid entrance pathetic all that go in and out use the same door so each person passes within 500mm of each other!Clothes pegs are used for in store count but are broken and standing in a pool of liquid ???Use opposite doors to stagger pedestrian flows - come on Management wake up!Stock dwindling. ..Dont go to the store for your own Safety !

Every time I want to shop at Game there is no trolleys available. Today I had to ask if I can unpack a small trolley which had old stock of cutex in it. I was told yes but no one helped me unpack. This is very unprofessional and if that one was not available I would have walked out as one just cannot carry everything in your arms.

Like the slogan goes, you always win at Games. Must be one of the most competitive stores in The Massmart Group , Electronics, Household, anything you want including specials on Groceries, One of the Longest serving tenants at Lakeside Mall. Bargains are always happening and does not hurt the wallet or purse

It gives good shopping though some items were in short supply such as lp bass accessories.

Terrible customer service. There were no trolleys available, when I asked customer service, I was told to wait until one becomes available as there’s nothing they can do. Staff are rude and slow. They pretend to be busy and very little cashiers. Cashiers also take their own time and have no sense of urgency especially at month end. The frozen veggies and chips fridge was so iced that you could even pull a packet. This store is not maintained and definitely no evidence of a manager running things efficiently .
