Extremely disappointing service!! Called in early in the morning, Someone by the name of Errands or something like that answered in the buyshop. He gave me a whatsapp number to sent my items to. From 11:37am and i was told twice he will send me a price for my item!! Still nothing despite calling, phoning, and sending whatsapps. Definitely a zero star rating for Cash Converters Benonis customer service!!!!!

We had to sell off a number of items inherited from my father-in-law. I first contacted another company and received the most pathetic service. I then contacted Len of Cash Converters Benoni. With my first contact with him by phone, he was highly professional and willing to help. Back and fourth communication was addressed promptly and efficient. Len and Lucky came out to my place to do an assessment on the items, and have been most helpful and sensitive to the fact that my wife was departing with memories of her father. I often threaten to, but never do reviews of service received. But this time round I feel the need to recommend the services of Cash Converters Benoni, and Len in particular. Thank you for your prompt and high quality of service. In future, this will be my first stop if I need this kind of service again.
