We had a lovely breakfast at Woolies this morning. Very friendly staff. Extremely clean and great atmosphere.Service was slight slow but our food was warm and delicious.

Went to the coffee shop, the waiters were friendly and service good. It does take some time for your food but at least its made fresh. Food was pleasant and filling.

Convenient store situated in Willowbridge. Grab something to eat at their Woolies Cafe after youve done your shopping.

The staff is super friendly, helpful and professional. The condiments are neatly served in beautiful little bowls. The restaurant is clean and the food is tasty. After visiting other restaurants, one realises how high their standard is. Well done to the management. I am now a regular.

Just went for coffee with a decadent piece of salted caramel cheesecake.It is a full outlet, clothing, food and household goods. Spacious and well laid out. Friendly and helpful staff.

Been to the Cafe a few times and always happy with the food and service. My complaint about my visit yesterday is that although having to fill in a questionnaire before entering the restaurant, which clearly lists a range of symptoms that would NOT allow you into the restaurant, staff members didnt seem to be bothered by the woman COUGHING LOUDLY AND MULTIPLE TIMES without a mask throughout her time at the restaurant. Not once was she asked to put on a mask or leave. I asked multiple staff members to ask her to do so, and was greeted with sheepish faces looking too embarrassed to do so. I was told the by the waitress that she would ask the manager to speak to the lady. Needless to say, she didnt. Most of the other patrons would stare at the woman with horrified expressions every time she would have a coughing fit. It was a really uncomfortable experience. After I confronted the woman myself, she proceeded to cough ON ME sarcastically. Really Woolies, do better.

Great store. Not a full scale Woolworths, so just a homewares and food store with a coffee shop, but well stocked for the size and usually has everything you need. Friendly staff and always ship shape. Typical of most Woolworths as far as quality and image etc is concerned.

This must be the worst stocked Woolworths in the country. It consistently disappoints by being out of basic items like butter, pita bread and even crunchy cos lettuce. The excuse of not being responsible for ordering products is also quite stale as its simply passing the buck and evading responsibility😏

Would expecta range of food closer to Tygervalley or Durbanville so bit disappointing. Love that they have home saves me going to tygervalley. Branch always clean and not alot of people so better to shop at during Covid.

Their café is so nice and their menu has such a variety of yummy things. I need to come back to try something different each time. Some things can be a bit pricey though, but it is quality food.

Having our first eat out since lockdown, we decided to have breakfast at their restaurant.There was no table service, ordered before shown a. Table. Patrons entering after us were served long before us. Had to enquire about our order. Cuppacinos were wrong. Breakfast wrap? Plate was hot, wrap was very tough and food was tasteless and cold. Not to mention the very poor service. Definitely not WW standards. Wont patronise this place again.

One of loveliest Woolworths stores with pathetic service in the Cafe... We have written to customer care to no avail. This is soppused to be a toasted banana bread with topping and toasted walnuts and honey.. no serviette either. Simply non caring plate of cold bread

Asking if you are happy with the order on presentation. There are some staff whom could lift their chin, smile and be appreciative of being employed . Woolies cafe. The mushroom burger was surprisingly good. The brioche buns are fresh to death! The cold brew is pretty good too. The crockery was disappointing as there were some finger prints and lots of water marks. I would definitely go back but keep an eye on the crockery. Pictured is my flavourful cold brew with milk.

Woolies Cafe. Honestly don’t know why we keep going here, best coffee at Willowbridge I guess. It has happened multiple times that I would sit outside, waiters come by, one after the other and not even acknowledge that I’m there (whilst the previous customer’s dirty dishes are still on the table!) Today I confronted the manager, he had nothing to say so I took my business elsewhere. My mum then wanted a coffee so we went back to Woolies later. We stood inside, waiting to be showed to a table and.....nothing. Again, they walk past us with no acknowledgement. Finally confronted them again, then got seated and ordered. If you want to pay. The easiest way is just to go stand at the till. You will wait forever for your bill. I wish Woolworths would actually read these reviews and do something about it! As a customer it’s very disheartening and then especially when we are expected to tip 10% minimum as well. Such bad service doesn’t deserve 10% more.

The food market itself isnt the best in the area. Can definately do with a bit more selection much better management of the check out tills.The shop outside the food market however is top notch!

Coffee shop at Woolworths. The worst food and service ever!My mom and I decided to have lunch there. We arrived at 14:35 on Saturday, 14 December to have lunch and something to drink.We ordered a Chicken Mayonnaise to share. They didnt have Emmenthal cheese and asked if we would be happy with a mixture of cheddar and Mozzarella cheese. The bread we wanted was also out of stock. From there it turned into a nightmare.All other guests who arrived after us got their food and were almost done when our food eventually arrived at 15:11. By this time I have asked a gentleman about our food and he looked rather not sure what was going on.Our waitress eventually arrived with our food. Well if they used a recipe for Chicken Mayo, this wasnt it. There was hardly a teaspoon of chicken mayo on each half of the sandwich. It was rather mayo that was spread lightly on each slice. The bread was tough to cut and eventually the waitress brought us steak knives to cut the bread with.The cheese was a sticky mess and apart from no chicken mayo, the toasted sandwich had cheese, bacon and tomato on it. And then in tiny little containers there were half a millimetre cucumber. Was that supposed to be a salad.ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE, HORRIBLE FOOD AND AN OVERALL FAIL FROM A COMPANY THAT CHARGES R90-00 FOR A TOASTED SANDWICH MARRED WITH INCOMPETENCE IN TERMS OF CUSTOMER SERVICE, PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE AND FOOD DELIVERY.STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. RATHER GO TO THE OTHER RESTAURANTS WHERE FOOD IS PRESENTED WELL AND THE WAITRESSES AND STAFF ARE PASSIONATE ABOUT THEIR JOBS.I would like to get a response from the management of Woolworths regarding this review/complaint.

Goodbplace for a quick in and out or shopping or having a snack

Living nearby I frequently go to Woolworths but their restaurant needs serious attention. One can sit outside for 25 min without been assisted. They are so slow and overworked. Pls hire more waiters. Then there was no sweeteners available and when asking can you get me a few from the store?? They said sorry we order from jhb?? What about customer service. Maybe one box to help the customer with her cappuccino?? Food is always lovely when it eventually gets ordered.. Woolworths I expect more and this is now 3 x experience already.

An interesting and out of the ordinary Woolworths. They dont sell any clothing but instead the focus seems to be on homeware, make-up, food and there is also a W Cafe. It is more upmarket. Take note that it is very busy Saturday and Sunday mornings. Nice for browsing.

Went for coffee initially - floor in cafe like glass - very slippery. Havent they heard of nonslip polish? Carrot muffin and coffee very good.Looking at bedliner - either its a case of theres nothing on the shelves after Christmas, or Woolworths really isnt what it used to be!

I stopped in at the coffee shop here, it was awesome! I had the frosted latté - delicious. Id drive all the way back there just for that. I also thoroughly enjoyed my gourmet grilled cheese. The store was, well, a Woolworths store. They only have a grocery section and home goodies. No clothes sold at this branch.

Foods department not as good as other Woolies stores. They dont have gluten free foods and their sellection of other items are also limited. It is a pity because Willowbridge is such a nice shopping centre.

Went this afternoon to Cafe woolworths. Waiting for 30 minutes and no waiter come around. Standing and serve people who came afterwards. I then decided that me and my family should visited a restaurant where we will be treated with RESPECT......

Hi Woolies, I am a superfan and a super supporter. However, today I am disappointed. The Coke we bought is flat and one of the four tomatoes are off. We dont live in a perfect world but whats happening?

Woolworths is a fantastic place to get your daily needs. Clean, wholesome and nutritious! Make sure to check out their cafe as well. Eggs Benedict on mushroom is a must try.

The home and beauty section has a large variety of products. The displays are always so beautiful. Very difficult not to buy something. The Food section is small but has most of the products I look for. The restaurant is the only part which I do not enjoy. Very slow service and the issue of food not arriving at the same time.
