My stylist was running very behind and I waited for 20 minutes before I was helped. There was no place inside to wait; seemed a bit congested and I went to go wait outside.

I am trying to book an appointment today, 14th April 2018 at the Drybar in Tygervalley. I have called 8 times just to get a busy tone evry single time. Is this the norm? I would be livid if this was my business.

I cant believe I just spent R185 for a simple wash and blow-dry, only to tie my hair back up in a pony tale because it just looks so terrible! I mean, I even had my hair flat ironed - how hard can that be to do!Not happy at all. I will not be back - not even if Im desperate!

Worst secretarial service. Never answer the phone or they put it on BUSY. Get to work please we are here trying to make an appointment.
