The receptionists are very rude, its like maybe you are not even paying, youre actually consulting for free. The doctor doesnt bother to form any doctor-patient relationship, shes too serious. I didnt even feel free when talking to her because she is just too serious. The stuff needs to be more friendly and welcoming please so that we can feel free.
Can I be able to see the doctor on the 31st of January?
Came three days in a row, just for them to me that tell me each and everytime the doctor is full. I think you should go back to the appointment system again honestly.Plus you let everybody wait in a long line, just for you to tell us the doctor is full.Very very disappointed in the service really.
