Exellent service!!!Pity they close on Friday to sanitize and we travelled to collect documents and they were closed. It was not mentioned on the website when I checked for closing times.

Very Good Customer Service unlike other home affairs like ours at Elukwatini or Nhlazanjte

I was impressed by the clean & neat office with seating for customers & a special babys room for mothers. The staff were pleasant, professional & efficient and clearly had a working system in place. The whole process of applying for a new passport and new ID card took less than 30 minutes. Certainly the most pleasant experience I have ever had a Home Affairs Dept. Wish their colleagues from other branches were as motivated and driven to serve the public to the best of their ability.

4 passports, 3 id cards and a marriage certificate 1 hour and 20 minutes!! Other home affairs branches can come here to see what organized and friendly service is!!! Well done!!

This is how a home affairs office must function, friendly and helpful personnel and with fast service added. What a pleasure to visit this office. I was in and out within 20min. I can strongly recommend residence from Middelburg to come and experience a functional Home affairs office.

The service is not so bad

AMAZING! Wow, They answer the phone when you call, that on its owns should speak worlds. Every visit is a pleasure. Never more than 30 min from the moment I walk in, to the moment I leave.

This is how a goverment institute should be run. Give everyone a raise. It was busy but ran like a well oiled machine

Drove through from JHB on 02/08/2019 on Andrews recommendation, applied for a passport and I.D. renewal, i was in and out in 25 mins, staff are helpful and fairly friendly considering the work place, what a pleasure worth the shlepp!
