Quaint setting, and neat and tidy, with friendly staff, rooms are nice and spacious. Good from the restaurant was very good to. Just waiting for that liquor license so one can have a drink or 2, though the proprietor is only too willing to give one a beer for free, appreciated.

A well appointed, quaint room on a beautifully maintained estate. The surrounding area is pure paradise, too. The shower is brilliant, and all the bathroom needs is a shelf or two to place ones toiletries. A perfect place to unwind and recharge in absolute peace.

We booked the place because of the good reviews we read on Google and were deeply disappointed. After waiting around 15 Minutes at the gate, we were finally left in after we had to use our foreign phone to call a couple times. We were then handed a key with no further explanation and received a hand sign in a direction after asking where to find the room. The room itself was very small and run down.As there was no dinner available, we only had breakfast there, which unfortunately is not recommendable either. In various years of travels we had never received such bad service. In comparison to around 20 other places we stayed in South Africa, this was one of the most run down places we have been at, and that at comparably high price. All in all, we would not recommend staying there.

Such an escape from the hustle and bustle. Excellent value for money. Some features are a bit old, but it added to the charm. I went for an early walk and experienced absolute peace.

Cute, romantic, basic and breathtaking views. The manager was unbelievably helpful and accommodating. Booking of my stay was easy and without a hassle. Nestled in the mountains with breathtaking scenery which wont disappoint with the option to do a bit of fishing at one of the numerous breeding ponds.

The new owners has recently upgraded the place from a average 3 star to a lovely friendly 4 star facility. The fishing was great and mountain biking from here to Dullstroom is hard but beautiful.
