Very nice staff always helping you but they running short off products

Very bad experience. I returned goods looking for a refund. They charge 20% on returns. Theres is no visible board in bold letters informing customers to that. Rather you become aware after purchase as that is written in very small letters behind the invoice. Wich is tantamount to unfair practice as it is ambush.

Found the cutest gas stove. One plate and side gas canister. Ideal for loadshedding, coffee or small meals.

Service experience was good, as soon as I wanted to return items thet added a 20% handling fee and on the electrical appliances no return was availible. Overall it was a disappointing experience

Item noticed to be wrong after card payment was processed before leaving the store , was refused to be refunded !!! Had to accept a voucher with no other choice and with regards the matter on hand when I informed them that I am not happy and due to tnis specific incidence it is highly unlikely I would ever want to return to the store was not even responde to !!! So 300 Bucks tied up in a voucher for the item I needed and can not be used somewhere else other than the place that does not have it !!! Angry and my hard earned money in a place I do not want to use !! Will pursue this further - I want my money back !!!!
