Im absolutely shocked at the service I received today. Not a single person was willing to help and when we got to the counter after eventually finding what we needed on the shelves ourselves, we were met by the most unfriendliest staff I have EVER encountered! It was a huge burden on the cashier to help us, she made that verbally known to us and her fellow cashier sitting a few seats away. I dont write reviews, but I am appalled by what I experienced today. I will NEVER go back to this store. Id rather drive to Pretoria before dealing with people like this.

I bought a UPS , had it for +_- 4-5-days, did not work, Peg would not replace it, sent to supplier to fix??, now 1.5 months late, No feedback??, trying to call them, to no avail..., I expected the item to be replaced!!!, why buy a new item to be fixed??????, Not good Service or judgment from PEG , to treat a customer!!
