I was attended at Taag this morning. I am very happy with the service both here Bedforview as well as directly with the staff of Taag in Angola. Excellent service.

Flight prices are very competitive, the flying experience is average to good. Take note that prices at the airport in Luanda are exceptionally high. For piece of mind, if you are able, visit their office in Bedfordview, staff are efficient, helpful and speak English. They will match any online price youve got and you can get printed tickets, itineraries straight from the airlines system.

Cannot get any assistance, bought a ticket and need it changed, they say I need to contact Angola and when I phone Angola office they tell me Bedfordview must sori it out. NO ONE wants to help but they quick to take your money. I am stressing as need my ticket issue sorted and cant get any help!!!

I have travelled on numerous airlines to numerous cities around the world, 3 years ago i travelled for the first time on TAAG to Porto in Portugal and i sent the rest of the family via Lufthansa, i was sceptical about the airline, i have since then travelled on Taag airlines a number of times with my family and i only have praise for the people in the Johannesburg offices and the crew on the flights , they are polite,helpful and the treatment on board is good.Another plus factor is the time schedule into Portugal they arrive early in Lisbon or Porto so you have the full day for yourself this applies on the return trip i can have a full day in Portugal. as well.My only recommendation that i have for Taag is to look at the maintanance of the screens on their planes i have found that in some cases the screens do not work.

The workers are rude and petulant. They offer no assistance whatsoever to their clients. If there was a lower rating than a solitary star I would give it. You would be better off visiting the morgue then this unpleasant place. Wouldnt recommend it to anyone.
