During our Karoo tour we encountered a problem with our Hilux and paid a visit to Toyota Beaufort West.Bakkie hoisted, wheels removed and drums inspected while we were offered something to drink in waiting area. When dust and remains of gravel roads were removed with an air compressor we were told it is on the house as no part needed to be replaced.Not only was this a surprise that service was done free of charge but their caring attitude towards two elderly people was overwhelming.So much appreciated and thank you to all staff members we dealt with, even the passers-by who greeted us.

Helpfull but they do not have aircon assistance. Send us to someone who could help.
