They are very unfriendly and not very helpful. The lady who assisted me did not explain anything to me as per or regarding my mtn contract. I was suppose to receive my promotional data about a week ago as its a new contract and never received it. I had to go to the store 5 days in a row and till date Im still waiting on my promotional data. Thus I will be cancelling my contract with them.😤😤

Unhelpful and extremely unfriendly when an elderly family member asked them for assistance with their cellphone. With staff ethics like these I would be embarrassed to be associated with MTN.

This store was incredibly helpful and prepared to go out of their way for me, even offering to stay open to facilitate assisting me, an unknown random customer who called in to ask for help. Thank you.
