Bathurst Agricultural Museum is situated in Bathurst in the Eastern Cape and boasts an impressive display of machinery, transport and equipment used in those times, allowing us a sneak peak into the past and giving us some insight into the agricultural heritage and history of Bathurst. Was so much fun seeing all the old tractors. If you love to know more on the history of Bathurst Agriculture, please visit this museum. Loved it.
Just loved seeing a little gem of place showcasing some real South African heritage. My son loved to see the tractors & Settlers wagons, and we finished off a cold beer at the Ploughmans Pub on site. A great outing.
Always great to see agricultural history of South Africa.
Alan Pike gave us a wonderful tour of the agricultural museum. We learned quite a few interesting things! Ended the day off properly with a beer at the pub situated on the museum
I just love it here! The museum is perfect for children as they can touch and play with exhibits. The tractor section was a total hit with my children and we really couldn’t get them off. A lovely day out and so much fun for the family.
Lovely place, make you feel like a kid again... whats great is that the kids are allowed to play with the tractors and some of the implements... kids simply loved it

Lovely old farm equipment. Kids will love it. Lots of old tractors and other machines.
Awesome to see how things were done way back when, even some reminders of my childhood on the farm.
Lots of stuff on display, but poorly marked and the outdoor display is rusting away. Still well worth a visit though.
