Every time I go to the hospital I always expect bad service and I always get it.I had an allergic reaction 2020. My tongue was swollen I could not breath. I was waiting for over 4 hours with no assistance luckily for me before I went to the hospital I went to buyallergex syrup, cream and pills. I took the pills an syrup and applied the cream before going to the hospital. I left the hospital 4 hours later with not even 1 sister attending me.Today I took my niece to the hospital because we think he broke his arm we spend over 2 hours and no one came to check on the child. They say is not an emergency and yet they never even came to check up on him to assess him or another child who was seating at the waiting room.Prof ZK Matthews Hospital have the worst service I have ever seen in my life. Clearly the oath to care and service the community was just to get the job. They really do not care about the people. Batho Pele is just for the wall.

Having a critical ill family member in ZK Matthews laying with a drip that is not running without no parenteral nutrition. Patient is not cared for and family had to give water but pouring few drops in mouth during visiting hours. Its as if patient is left there to die. God help me never to end up being admitted to this hospital

This hospital is a nonsense xem, the patient are not taken care of, what is the use of having the patients admitted if u cant even feed and bath them, the family must come and do all the job.I so wish the department would interven
