Terrible quality internet, degrades over time and employees just have no interest in fixing it. Definitely do not recommend this ISP. Technician has blocked me on WhatsApp after complaining multiple times but seems like he himself is too incompetent to fix the issues.EDIT: Internet frequently timing out, constant packet loss, latency going up to 1000ms at times (this never used to happen). The issues are always blamed on people downloading on the internet, but this is never the case. Always the consumers fault, and/or the fiber provider giving network to the towers. Restricting access to own equipment because its a policy they have.

Would give a zero. They ignore my emails and do not do their job. Their internet is off regularly and they have poor customer support. Even when i tried to upgrade my pqckage. They did not do it and ignore my emails asking why. Would give less than 1 star if I could.Edit: I know what their office hours are. I sent the email complaining during the day after 8. Its been almost a week since then and still no reply. And the upgrade i wanted i sent them the forms they asked me to send. Almost 5 months later and they havent even told me why im not upgraded. Im the customer, I should not have to beg for service.
