We drove about 45km to specifically utilize the service of this particular Home Affairs office.Friends have recently been there and commented on the good service - and it was no different for us. We applied for a first time ID and renewed passports.All the staff were helpful, friendly and efficient, and all covid regulations were observed.Its the kind of service youd expect from a functional government organization.

What a refreshing experience. The staff were very helpful and friendly. My passport was not yet ready for collection, the lady saw the date of application and instantly without a word from me jumped into action tohelpme resolve the issue. Even though I am disappointed about the fact that my passport is not ready her commitment to assist me and get me answers to my problem was refreshing.Thank you Barberton, you are the best Home affairs I have ever dealt with and I will drive the extra distance to go to your office again!

While trying to explain to me the system is down the lady behind the counter is cleaning her teeth while talking with a piece of plastic. Absolutely disgusting the conduct. When I ask her is that how you behave with customers she says yes. There is nothing wrong with it. Absolutely horrendous
