I once rated it 5 star then but now I doubt, what they did yesterday was bad. I bought a phone from them Nokia c2 worth R1549 around 11 am and I asked them personal if the phone works with other simcard then their reply was yes it works very perfectly. I went home after my purchase put a Sim a telkom Sim card and the phone immediately says I cannot have access to the internet if using telkom sim card unless I connect my phone to the Wi-Fi. Remember not everyone afford Wi-Fi. I took the phone back yesterday around 15:00 they check and found out that what they told me was a lie, they didnt apologize instead they take the phone and a slip and told me to give them my phone number that theyll have to sell the same phone I returned to someone else before they can refund or give me another phone. Now my question is was it my fault to trust your store?
