Unhelpful. - An update, I just got a rude email from the owner about my review.

Received my documents after having to constantly beg for information ( 8 weeks later). On the marriage certificate my wifes name, surname, country of birth and our wedding date where all wrong. Called the office and got through to Tracey, who was very rude, shouted at me and hung up the phone after saying: thats what I expect for paying R1500. Bad service, rude staff and incorrect documents - I would not recommend this company in a million years!!

Good service and very quick turnaround time. Will definitely use them again.

Service was quick however unabridged birth certificate was issued, Apostilled and couriered (international) with incorrect details. I provided Michele with all the details beforehand and she didnt QA the output. I had to absorb the additional costs otherwise she wouldnt rectify the issue.

Pathetic - advertising ALL INCORRECT . No service on getting a passport .
