The hotel is beautiful. Amazing wedding venue. The food was beautifully presented, starters were great but our steaks were overdone which we sent back and waited for a very long time to get back. Potatoes were hard. Service was slow considering there was only two tables occupied.

Oh my, I love love love Mount Shekinah.This was my second visit, I previously came for a conference hosted one of the venues on the property. The venue is also great for weddings, with a chapel with breathtaking views.This is the best getaway from the hustle and bustle of the busy life, by far the best family holiday ever.We stayed at the farmhouse, which can accommodate 10 or more depending on your requirements. The house is beautifully furnished and every detail is well thought out.The staff is welcoming and very hospitable. From reservations to housekeeping, everyone is absolutely great.We were well taken care of and are grateful.The food is absolutely amazing and generous. We had the most amazing Christmas lunch.

Stunning venue, central to other meander options whether going north to Nottingham, down the road Caversham Mill, La Lampara restaurants. As you will see in my photos the honeymoon suite called Safari is stunning. The restaurant is beautifully decorated, bar area draws you in for one last one. Get here

Just spent an amazing weekend at this gem of a venue. What an awesome place to spend our 5 year wedding anniversary. The romantic setup I requested was beyond my expectations and the unexpected upgrade to the Nguni Suite was greatly appreciated. The staff were friendly and professional. We will definitely be back soon and we plan to male this pur go to place whenever wwe are on the midlands.

Friendly service and beautiful view

This hotel is a beautiful hotel set in the countryside, rooms are clean and nice. Only problem is the issue with flies in and around the hotel as well as some staff showing the I dont care attitude could improve. And in the restaurant, the food takes too long to come

Five star hotel at the Midlands would encourage families to book , good venue for weddings also .

FLYS the rooms are full of flys there’s so many flys plus the service at the restaurant is so bad they take over 1 hour to bring your food and the staff can’t even smile. Otherwise it’s a good place rooms,bathrooms are all clean
