If I could give a -1 rating I would, service is extremely slow, employees are as archaic and nonchalant as their system is. Rude staff but whats new with public service?Called ahead to confirm a service I required was working and was told that they are operational, got there and the lady I came across didnt even look my way or greet, only gave a passive the system is offline and didnt bother to checkWorst customer interaction you could ever get, their system is always offline and their unwillingness to serve is just icing on the already dismal cake.
