Service at the licensing department is terrible, waited 2 days in a row to be cut at 12

Quiet town

Parking always full, slow service from unhelpful, lazy people especially at Licensing offices, 3 staffers in office,one works the other two on permanent tea time, The system is slow seems to be their motto. Disabled parking for one vehicle available but mostly used by traffic department vehicles,very steep ramp to building for wheelchairs, security officers at main vehicle entrance very poorly trained, no idea what effective security control should be.

The recently opened Balfour library is awesome . Neat and tidy and friendly staff working there
