I bought tiles on three separate occasions in the past two weeks in excess of R5000 from Ismails and every time using the exact same code that they had given me for the tiles. I received broken, chipped, discoloured tiles with varying sizes which they had promised me to be top quality.The quality of service is good however as the people who work there are quite friendly.

Been to the ismails tiles at toti,Indian lady behind the counter not very friendly,shouts and screams about 10 mins before closing time,very rude,we are customers coming to pickup stuff.As for the Muslim uncle at despatch,he told us straight out,that he prefer to serve blacks over indians because they buy more than indians at toti ismails store.bear in mind I have bought my entire tile range from ismails toti for the past couple years spending thousand of Rands,to hear this.Very very sad customer experience.....

Been to the store 3 times now and you are not open. No signs when you are open and no answer on any phones.
