What a wonderful experience we had. Thank you so much to our waiter, James for brightening up our morning. He was an absolute delight. Our order was in order and the food was delicious. Compliments to the kitchen staff as well.

We stopped here for a late lunch on a Thursday afternoon. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our order was taken and fulfilled quickly and accurately. The food was well prepared and tasty; ingredients were fresh. We did not experience any problems and enjoyed our time spent at the restaurant.

Have never EVER had such a pathetic ice coffee from Galleria branch upstairs. Ordered Vanila ice coffee take away, I was given cold coffee with ICE BLOCKS!!!!!! I COULD HAVE MADE A BETTER HOME MADE ICE COFFEE and I had to pay for this……

We are regular visitors to Mugg & Bean . We however were not impressed by the service we received on Saturday 2nd Oct. We waited for awhile to be served (it was not busy at all)We ordered and waited for more than half an hour without receiving coffee or food and waiter nowhere to be seen. We called another waiter to enquire about our order. Other customers who arrived long after us received their drink order before us. When the food arrived it was cold. It arrived without our coffee. We once again had to ask for it. The attitude of waiters is shocking. Will not go there again

There should be an option for no stars.I am very disappointed by my experience at this restaurant today. I ordered a BBQ cheese burger which came back looking totally unappealing not to mention that my patty was raw!!!. I complained to the manager who didn’t handle my complaint to my satisfaction.I am highly dissatisfied!!

Friendly staff, big with enough space to sit. Worried that their display glass where they keep their muffins is open, made me doubt the freshness of their bakery and cleanliness. I enjoyed the meal I bought as a takeaway.

Love their unique menu and their food is delicious. Hope business picks up again, we were one of two other couples in the restaurant.

Worse service ever received at a M&G. Galleria I sat waiting for a waiter to order for more than 15 min. When I get up to leave then your waiters come running over otherwise aimlessly chatting instead of servicing your customers. If this is the service u offer at 9am I would hate to think what peak would offer. Really sad as M&G is my fav place. Service at Gateway is always phenomenal. In these difficult times you should value your customers.

Dissatisfied with the service at the Galleria Mall. The food was bad. I was served boiled chicken wings with hot sauce and a dry mielie cob🤮. I complained to the manager Douglas about food and he confirmed that his staff was serving boiled chicken wings and they were not frying it. He did apologize about the food and corrected the matter.

Service is non existent! I have never in my whole entire life of consuming the Mugg & Bean brand seen such a badly run restaurant.Wow, you can clearly see there are no mangers working here, staff are in groups gossiping on the floor. Customers come in and not being acknowledged. Shocking!Waiters have a terrible attitude!I will never recommend this branch.Famous brands, this franchisee is messing with your brand.

No waiters on the floor. Hardly any clients. We had to draw attention by waving. The manager looked at us and just go on chatting to the staff. Definitely not the same M&B as a year ago. I will definitely visit Circus next time.

Very beautiful hey, even their setup is on point.

The restaurant was full and waitresses were literally running around. We had 3 people asking the same question. It would be better if everything was done by the assignment waiter. You cant really have peace and quiet. There are a lot of tables available and the smoothie we chose was good.

I have been a loyal customer at Mugg n Bean Galleria from start..I must say service and No management visable each time I have been lately2 complaints..1 order Rainbow chicken Salad got Beef and was told thats is what I ordered.. My friend order a toasted Macon and Egg sandwich could not believe when there was bacon and Macon on sandwich.2 ordered Rainbow Chicken on Friday reason I order this salad is due to it being cabbage and baby spinach as do not like lettuce when arrived no cabbage or baby spinich at all just lettuce I was shocked to say the least after waiting so long for meal

Absolutely poor service. Stood waiting to be seated and no one acknowledged our presence. Eventually spoke to the manager who apologized but by then we decided to walk across to circus circus were we received excellent service. Will not recommend this particular franchise to anyone.

Extremely poor service. Took an hour to get 4 drinks and 2 slices of cake. Bottomless coffee is finished, need to wait another 30 minutes while they brew it. Waiters trying their best but kitchen seems to be the problem. Saw everybody complaining.

Had breakfast with my girls on Sunday morning. The service was absolutely brilliant!!!! My girls kept commenting on what a lovely man the waiter was. The food is always divine 😋

The service at this M&B has deteriorated. Long wait for coffee. The wraps we ordered took forever to arrive. The sweet potato fries were cold and the wrap was as tough as leather! No follow up from waiters. We had to fetch our own top-up of bottomless coffee. The coffee and milk dispensers were empty! This restaurant needs a serious shake up!

Arrived at 6:30 and was shown away due to them closing at 7. Just wanted to order a coffee and still no luck. Bad service and management.

Mugg and Bean galleria is currently running a dinner special buy one meal and get the other free. Please be advised this special can only be requested with a normal drink and not a bottomless drink . Also be advised the waiter will not point this out and you will then be stuck with paying the normal price. Nor provide you with an option of take 2 added drinks to still get the special.. I find this very deceitful by Mugg and Bean.

Good food, but this one time I went with my family, My mother ordered a salad and there was a small stone in her salad which almost broke her teeth. 😞that for me was completely unacceptable for such a restaurant. Was very disappointed.

Had to ask to be served after waiting for just under ten minutes and the people seatedNext to us arrived after us and received service first. I asked for the Manager but instead was given a waitress.

My Favorite place for coffee and cake

Utterly terrible service. Sat at the table with my family ordered a few drinks waited half an hour just for them to tell us they couldnt make lemonade. After having exchanged a lemonade order for a coke we were then sat waiting for another 10 minutes at which we decided to leave. 40 minutes wasted and Im very very upset about it I do not recommend this to anybody whats so ever

Absolutely disgusting service from the on the go mugg and bean in galleria, I ordered a veg sausage roll and when I bit into it, it was beef!!!!!!!!! And I dont eat beef and I was also fasting on that day . They keep all the veg stuff mixed with the meat stuff, will never trust mugg and bean again!!!!

Impressed by the service and the food. We went there for breakfast in a large group(11 peole) and the service was prompt and accurate, with good food from a good selection of items on the menu.

We were down in Amanzimtoti for holiday and visited this Mugg & Bean multiple times. Every time we received exeptional service! They went out of their way for my 15month old daughter, which is a real busy body.Also not as overcrowded as the Joburg branches.Fresh and good quality food as you can expect from the all the Mugg & Beans.

Generally very busy and understaffed. Its located on the first floor. Basic menu and nothing to rave about in terms of service.

Here again and delighted again #Suncoast . My other happy place . TRUEMAN my waiter for today was an absolutely pleasure . Bought a chicken filled croissant yesterday on my way home as I have flu and were not up for any cooking. What an horrific experience after the third bite. There was so much red pepper on I had to discard it. Very disappointing as I was left without supper and my money was wasted. After the second glass of milk my mouth only stopped burning. Will never buy there again EVER

Worst experience of all our visits to any mug & bean. Ordered a double thick milkshake got a plain one, asked for white bread got brown, waitor was rude.

Very poor service. We waited a very long time to be served, but waiters just kept walking past. We eventually walked out to eat somewhere else.

My husband and I went to mugg and bean last night-15/02/15 and we ordered from the special dinner time menu,we had the 200g rump steak,our food took a while to come,when our steaks arrived,they were WELL DONE-When we asked for medium.We sent them back,the second round came,my husbands steak was fine,but my steak was raw,with basting on the top,the cut was awful,fatty,hard to cut into.We sent my steak back and ordered a chicken pot pie,which didnt deliver as well,we complained to the Manager who was not very helpful.With regret we paid the bill and left the restaurant very unhappy.The waiters were noisy and behaved as if they were in the streets of durban.Waiters were drinking coffee and chatting to each other ,unaware that customers were listening.

Get shown away at 17.00. 7 Oct Saying shop closed. But your times indicate tgat you are open till 22.oo.Sort your staff or advertised times out

Manger turned us around at 20:07pm and said that they close at 8pm. We didn’t even eat👎🏽
