A nice place to site and relax. The atmosphere is calming. Staff were nice and worked well. The food itself was on par as compared to other milky lanes. Area was kept clean. I feel this branch has a slightly different menu. The float wasnt as nice as I had hoped. The range of condiments are very impressive. Table kept wobbling could be fixed. It does get quite busy and more seating would be a good idea. Overall a very good location and experience. Does take you back to being a kid.

Awesome place. Fast and efficient service. Such a friendly and attentive waiter. Compared to the other branches I went to this one is the best.

Milky Lane is simply the best place to get milkshakes, ice-cream or any other cold dessert. The shop is a small corner store. It tends to be very crammed when there are a lot of customers in stores so negatively affecting the ambience. In conclusion it is more convenient for take-out, rather than sit-ins.

Only one cashier serving customers and also making the orders whilst there is a long queue.Manager was in the office during peakDnt care attitude of waiters eg, the Indian maleBought my cream for the family somewhere else and will never support this store again
