I just witnessed the owner (I assume, since she referred to it as “MY SHOP”) shout at a paying customer to get out of her shop because his parcel was misplaced and he was querying where it was. Absolutely disgusting behavior!!! I will not be supporting your store any longer. You should be ashamed for treating a customer that way no matter the circumstances. In future, please don’t tell your customers that they have the option of taking out insurance and that if they don’t, it’s not your problem- we trust our goods to be safely delivered by your services.

It seems if you arent white, you receive rude and obnoxious service. Asked to print some items and the lady there, which I assumed is the owner, spoke very rudely to my husband and was not very accomodating. Yet the other customers in the store of lighter skin color were treated just fine. Visit this postnet if you want to feel uncomfortable and be treated differently based on your race. Disgusting

The service here is absolutely disgusting. This postnet lost my parcel that was supposed to be delivered to Postnet in Rosebank(a very expensive parcel that is), when I went to enquire about my parcel, the lady there started raising her voice at me telling me I didn’t take insurance therefore they cannot do anything about my situation and I must leave her shop. I will get to the bottom of this, but please for other customers try avoid using this branch by all means rather use courier guy if you’re trying to send parcels because at this postnet they have no regard for their customers. There was a lady who witnessed this incident instore and left a review here by the name of Natalie Hoffman.

We walked in and the lady asked where we wanted to send the parcel then she packed it into a clearly too big of a box for the parcel and wanted to charge us R450 for sending it.We ended up paying R90 with the Courier guy instead of PostNet.

I really dont enjoy using this branch of Post Net. The staff are always unhappy, arguing and grumbling in front of customers. They never smile & treat the customers like a burden. I always got excellent service with a smile at other Post Net branches, but Im very disappointed in Toti office.
