Owner is friendly and helpful and knows his stuff. I bought a bike there because unlike other bicycle shops I have been to, he actually seems to value his customers.

This is a great bike shop. Lots of stock, a great workshop, lots of good quality components and nice friendly people to deal with. All I need now is to try their coffee:)Update: the coffee is great:)

The lady at the front desk was quite friendly & helpful but the rest of the staff were rude & arrogant. I managed to get what I needed at a reasonable price but definitely wont be returning to this store. If you want bad service then look no further 👍

Very good service and always willing to give good advice

Had the pleasure of my first visit to this store this morning as I needed to purchase a rear gear cable and housing. They had exactly what I needed at a competitive price and with some excellent helpful advice. I do most of my own bike maintenance because I do not always trust the workmanship of every bicycle store. However, if there is something I cant do in future I think the bicycle will end up at this store. A very nice experience with very helpful folk. If you live in this area and need assistance with your bicycle or are looking to purchase a bicycle (they are Giant agents as suggested by the name :-), be sure to look them up. I think I may have found my new LBS...!
