Allison had single handedly managed to see to all my plumbing needs, great job. Got to hand it to the others too, not bad at all.

Very bad experience. When you pay by card, they will swipe your card and say that your payment did not go through and they will swipe you card the second time. When you receive your Bank Statement, you will realize that payment was taken out twice. When you go to their Branch, they say that they cannot do anything. They make you speak to Sathia Moonsamy from Head Office who does not know anything. For me, it is only R699, but for some it is a huge amount of money. We know that sales are low but dont rob the customers.
