I am pregnant. There website states they close ay 3 pm on Saturday. I went in at 2pm and they said they were closed and I had to stand in a very long line just to get a bank statement. The manager was terribly rude. Better service expected.

Friendly staff always ready to help

I drove to Mkhomazi Mall only to find that the system is offline, went all the way to galleria mall the system is also offline, is Capitec becoming like government departments as well!
