Confirmed telephonically that they had what I needed and did not have it when I got there 2 hours later. Then asked me for my husbands number and phoned my husband to tell him that they dont have the battery whilst I am standing right in front of him.

Awesome service at no cost. We had found a nail in our Tyre. Worried about having a slow leak puncture we stopped at Tiger Wheelat Arbour Crossing and they quickly removed said nail that thankfully had not gone thought the Tyre wall. All the time and work was at No Charge! What an awesome experience. Such friendly service. I will definitely recommend this branch.

Service received at TWT Amanzimtoti has been excellent every time. Today at 15:55 I arrived with 2 flat tyres in my car. By 16:30 I left with a new tyre fitted and spare tyre repaired. All the staff are amazing!

Customer service is amazing! Quick and efficient! I took my car in to get the wheels balanced and while I was there I stood around the workshop, each person working there was professional and friendly, they showed a caring demeanor towards the vehicles and I would feel comfortable leaving my car there any time. They also have roles assigned very well for each staff member and this results in an efficient, quick experience. Highly recommended!

Went to have my one tyre repaired after being affected by protest action, rotation of tyres, balancing and alignment (which was not cheap).Afterwards, went home which is nearby. The following day, I left early hours and travelled to another town, my car vibrated quite badly (which wasnt the case when I first went to TWT). I contacted them, and they expected me to find another TWT to look at the problem.I had no choice but to drive like that all weekend, as their operating hours did not cater for me being out of town, or eve and being open for when I did come back.I then had to go back on the Monday afternoon, which took another hour and a bit, for them to properly assess my tyres.I am very skeptical about using them again, considering I was informed that my safety is not at risk on the telephone, without carrying out a proper assessment.
