The staff are lovely and helpful. But there are NO prices on the products. So you have to stand in a que to get a price on anything. Its ludicrous in this age of pricing technology. Seriously, put prices on your products.

Walked into the shop, two gentlemen where standing chatting at the counter, then another gentleman came out from the back and ask one of the gents to give a price on sparkplugs for a ford Fuego, he also walked pass me without asking me if I need assistance, so sadly I had to go somewhere else to be serviced, is there a lack of customer service in Winkelspruit, thank you AutoZone for your assistance

****Shame on you Midas!**** Today I was helping an elderly gentleman who had broken down in Galleria Car Park and required a Battery as he needed to get home to take his medication. I called Kings Midas and asked for the Battery. They said yes they had one in stock. A Gentleman said they were closing, but if I get there within 10 minutes he will serve me. Well we got there in 5 minutes and they answered the phone and said we were too late as they were cashing up. Shame on you Midas the old Gentleman really needed assistance. I ran all over to help the poor guy and all you had to do was take the cash out of his hand.......Lucky I found Tiger Wheel and Tyre had one in stock which I went and fitted for him.

While Kings Midas does seem to be a decent store and I did find the product I was after with ease, it had to be without help from any of the staff. As I entered the store the staff and I presume the manager were standing at the till in full view of customers and arguing relatively loudly about money.This resulted in cold treatment when I went to pay at the till. They did not even halt their argument when their customer was standing right in front of them.I would not hold this against the store as a general rule and I will be returning for any further hardware needs. However, this was very unprofessional as the general rule is not to air squabbles in full view of customers.

Walked in, asked for a specific part, was directed to the correct department, received a quote, accepted the quote, received the parts(at what I think was a good price), paid for it and walked out. All in between 5 and 7 minutes. Well done guys.

Staffs attitudes are absolutely shocking, phoned one minute before 1pm on Saturday just to get the price of a battery and the staff member literally said sorry we are about to close cannot help you, absolutely shocking.Also they have Limited stock, hardly have items needed in stock, and shop itself is poorly laid out and too cramped.
